Why Cant I lose Weight
The reason most people can’t lose weight is because they cheat themselves, are not motivated, and really don’t want to put the time or effort into it. If you want to be one the successful people that have lost weight then you need to take this it serious. I want to share a few tips on how my best friend lost 23 pounds and 6 inches around the waste in 30 days.
How You Can Lose Weight
Let’s start off by this is only going to work if you put in the time and effort and really want to lose weight. A lot of this evolves around your eating habits. Changing your eating habits is a crucial part of losing weight. Start cutting out all sweats for two weeks including all drinking beside water. Start eating fish for lunch and dinner, with a salad on the side to change it up a little. Next start only drinking water everyday for 2 weeks. Don’t cheat this, eat fish, salad, and drink water for the next 2 week as you will see for yourself.
Next, you want to push yourself to the max everyday for 45 minutes each day. If you are not sore your first few days to a week you are not pushing yourself hard enough. It’s all about pushing your self to doing things that you wouldn’t think you could do. You can find hundreds of exercise activities right around your house or outside with having any weights or anything need to lose weight.
All about motivation, don’t give up and push yourself everyday for 2 weeks for best results. Pushing your self and setting new goals can help you achieve your weight loss goal overall. Remember fish, salad, and water for 2 week with daily workouts with out cutting a day out! Very crucial to work on motivation and the mental part of the process. This is how you can lose weight a health and natural ways, can also help to lower your cholesterol.
