After a while stress can build up and effect your body overall. Stress build up and can effect your immune system leading you to become sick more often than the average person. Stress an also have a effect on your muscle leading to tension in muscles, stiff necks, back pains that are all caused by stress. People having stress built up also has been linked to high blood pressure and abnormal heart beats.
Stress can also effect your daily emotions and thoughts as well. Stress can cause people to be in cranky moods over dealing with the littlest things that wouldn’t usually effect someone. Frustration plays a big role in being stressed out and can cause you to loose your temper more often.
What’s the Cause of Stress?
Several different things can cause stress, such as work task, interviews, test, or even money problems is a huge one for people with the economy today. These are known more as a short-term stress that every human experience, but completely normal for people. It’s not the short-term stress that effects the human body and emotions. Long-term stress is the problem and has the most effect on your body and emotions.
Long-term stress comes from long-term events or work that last over a long period of time. Whether it’s co-workers you don’t get along with or even your boss, this an effect your long-term stress and build up more and more over time. These are the things build up long-term stress and will effect the body and emotions.
